Meditation is my medication!

Seriously, my daily meditation isn’t a pure-yoga-om-stillness-quiet practice…I have a troop of monkeys living in my mind…sitting still isn’t my forte, but meditation keeps me focused, creative, and healthy…otherwise my anxiety and stress would absolutely twirl me into becoming a Tasmanian Devil!

I typically meditate in small increments of 10-minutes, write for 5 minutes and return to a 10-minute meditation. When thoughts jump across my mind…I exhale, acknowledge, exhale, and return to breathing easy.

Remember, meditation is exercise for the brain…practice, practice, practice…change your thoughts, change your life.
